Customer Service Representative - Part Time

We are excited to find a Part Time Customer Service Representative. You would be tasked with various job duties that will allow cross training and diversification in the work day. We are looking for a self-motivated, punctual, professional, and organized individual to be a part of this exciting growing business. This position is critical to our operations by making sure current customers are receiving excellent service and also assisting with growing the business. This is a challenging position that is tailored for individuals that enjoy fast paced environments and learning various aspects of the terminal industry. This is a part time position.

Customer Service Representative-Part Time Responsibilities:

Customer service functions

• Handle all daily communication/correspondence with customers for daily activities
• Resolve any customer issues
• Train and process new drivers and Driver IDs
• Process all trucks arriving at terminal for daily loads

Order processing

• Receive all orders from customer
• Enter orders into computer
• Write load tickets
• Create COAs as appropriate
• Create blend sheets as appropriate
• Account for all daily BOLs per Activity Reports
• Prepare daily BOLs for billing where necessary
• Write up special orders for billing

Inbound product receipts

• Process inbound barge notices
• Process inbound rail notices
• Process inbound trucks
• Process/create COAs for products as necessary
• Add receipts to inventory

Customer reporting

• Send daily activity reports
• Update and send special reports
• Send signed BOLs where necessary
• Process monthly throughputs

Billing

• Create orders for exceptional billing items
• Verify all billing appears on Edit Report and vice versa

Inventory control

• Process additive receipts
• Make adjustments/corrections to inventory
• Process monthly inventory recap

Office management

• Maintain supplies of customer seals, placards, sample bottles, etc.
• Maintain office supplies
• Maintain office equipment
• Maintain furnace
• Maintain all documents and company records in an orderly fashion

Special duties

• Process bleach samples
• Process UAN w/Lilly samples
• Maintain SOPs and forms
• Assist operations in day-to-day functions
• Learning and assisting the truck / rail / barge loading system
