Paint & Body Technician-1st Shift

The Jurgensen Companies are seeking highly skilled and motivated Paint & Body Technicians to work within our diverse, innovative, and challenging organization. Our Body & Paint department works out of our corporate shop located in Cincinnati, OH. This position will also require a willingness to work in a challenging environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional self-motivated individual.

Paint & Body Technicians Responsibilities:

• Prep and paint various types of equipment, trucks, vehicles etc
• Light mechanical and electrical work
• Responsible for all aspects of refinishing work as required
• Will be required to work with various paint products / types
• Will work with various tools including hand tools
• Maintain and wear all required personal protective equipment
• Operate and maintain all shop equipment safely and properly
• Protect / tape / mask parts that are not to be painted / coated
• Mix paint according to specs

Paint & Body Technicians Desired Qualifications:

• Auto Body & Paint reconditioning experience and or formal / vocational training
• Mechanical ability / experience
• Electrical wiring knowledge / experience / ability
• All aspects of repairing demaged vehicles, fenders, grills, beds and body work
• Fiberglass repair
• Must be willing to obtain your Class A CDL license
• Good driving record required

Paint & Body Technicians Working Conditions:

• Candidates must supply their own hand tools
• Be able to work flexible hours and potentially work overtime
• Valid driver's license
• Some work will require full body cover ups and respirators
